On January 1st, Christmas and Easter, the Basilica is closed from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Visits are always prohibited during religious services.
An offering is required for entry to the Basilica, to support restoration and routine maintenance work, security, and the preservation of the artworks and the Basilica itself.

The Basilica of Saints Giovanni e Paolo is first of all a place of worship; therefore, please observe the following rules:
Entry is permitted only if you are dressed appropriately.
Please behave respectfully, maintaining silence and respect for others.
Food and drink are not permitted inside.
Animals are not permitted inside the Basilica.
Photos are allowed inside the Basilica.
The use of flash, tripods and other professional equipment is prohibited.
